The production process of custom plush toys is mainly divided into the following 4 steps
Send us all the details of the goods you would like to customize, then we will send you quotation.
We will design your shape or logo and then send you mock up or samples for you to check.
You can place order to us after you mock up or samples are confirmed, then we start to production.
Goods can be delivered to you by sea or by air to you after they are ready.
We design and produce what you want is our first priority. Our standard sample process is optimized for speed without compromising on detail, taking approximately 20 days from start to finish. We handle everything in-house—from meticulously preparing the raw materials and crafting the paper molds to the final product. Once your sample is ready, we ship it directly to your door via FedEx or DHL, ensuring you can touch, feel, and approve your design as quickly as possible.
Once you are 100% satisfied with the sample, we move seamlessly into mass production. We understand that timeline predictability is crucial for your business. Our bulk manufacturing process comes with a reliable 75-day turnaround. This comprehensive timeline covers the entire production run, strict quality control, careful packaging, and complete sea shipping to your designated port or door.
